 刘晓杰,1972年5月生人,副教授。

教育及工作经历:
 1995年毕业于齐齐哈尔大学物理系(获学士学位);
 2004年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学(获硕士学位)。

研究兴趣:
 1、低维体系电输运、自旋输运相关的理论。
 2、半导体及异质结电子结构研究。
